RETURNS, REFUNDS, ORDER CHANGES
All sales are final after your order has been shipped! If you wish to request a refund or edit an order before shipment, please use the shop's contact form with REFUND or ORDER CHANGE in the subject line.
If your order was incorrect/damaged/missing an item, please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of your items within 7 days of receiving your order.
I will get back to you in 1-3 business days!
SHIPPING
I'm based in Northeastern US and ship internationally!
All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) with Tracking to ensure all buyers can track their orders.
FAQ
When will my order be shipped?
I usually ship within a few days after your order placement, but at the very least once every Fri/Sat!
How long will the shipment take?
For those in the US, around 3-7 days. For those abroad, 1-4 weeks depending on the distance.
When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Depending on the item's popularity, it may be restocked by the next shop launch!
